At The Knowledge Bazaar, we take pride in creating educational digital products designed to provide helpful information, practical guidance, and valuable resources. Because our products are delivered electronically, please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Digital Product Sales Are Final

All eBooks, guides, templates, downloadable files, digital toolkits, and other electronically delivered products are considered final sale once the order has been completed and the product has been made available for access, download, or delivery.

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Accidental purchase
• Purchasing the wrong product
• Failure to read the product description before checkout
• Disagreement with the writing style, length, or format
• Personal inability to use or apply the information
• Expectations of guaranteed legal, financial, business, credit, or personal results

Limited Refund Review Exceptions

A refund request may be reviewed only under limited circumstances, including:

• You were charged more than once for the same order
• You received the wrong digital file because of an error on our end
• The file is corrupted, inaccessible, or defective, and we are unable to resolve the issue after support is requested
• Your purchase was completed, but the digital product was not delivered or made accessible due to a confirmed technical issue

• Screenshots or supporting documentation, when available

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Approved refunds, when applicable, will be returned to the original form of payment whenever possible.
